Atmosphere Bouncy Castle Agreement and Instructions

It is in the interest of both the children and the operator that inflatable units are operated safely and with this in mind we give below some general guidelines.

Always make sure the unit is anchored down even on the calmest days. If the wind becomes strong after inflation and during use evacuate the occupants from the unit and deflate by turning off the blower unit.

It is in the best interest of younger children to keep bouncing sessions to separate age groups, i.e. under 5's, 5 to 8's and 9 and over. This eliminates the older children frightening the younger ones by being to boisterous.

It is important that a responsible person always supervises the unit over the age of 18 & not under the influence of drink or drugs. It is extremely dangerous for the children to climb or hang off the walls and this should be discouraged at all times. There should be no bouncing on the step, the step is there to help children to get on and off of the unit only.

Children must remove their shoes and any sharp objects before going onto the unit, but make sure they are put to the side and not left untidy at the front of the unit. It is also requested that sweets and especially lollipops with sticks are not taken inside as accidental impacts can cause choking and may also puncture the skin or eyes.

Keep the front of your unit clear at all times so if a child does accidentally fall, there are no objects lying at the front of the unit that could cause injury.

Children that wear spectacles, long dangling necklaces or dangling earrings are liable to catch them. on socks or other items of children's clothing. Please ensure that no sharp objects, i.e. combs, keys or watches etc. are not taken onto the unit.

Children should not be allowed to wander or play around the back or sides of the unit which is usually secured by metal pegs and sometimes guy ropes as well.

The Weather
Strong winds and rain can make any castle unsafe. If in doubt unplug the unit and move any electricals to cover.

Bouncy Slide Safety1.
No more than 3 children should be on the top platform at any one time and must not charge at the walls as a concerted effort could unbalance the unit and make it fall
2. Children must not be allowed to slide down the outside restraining rails as they may fall outside from a height.

Atmosphere will when positioning, fastening and inflating the unit take the utmost care not damage any items or property. However! we will not be held liable for any damage should this occur.

We request that you inform us of any underground pipes or cables up to a depth of 2ft ( 61cm) that may be damaged by our pegs.

Damage to the unit caused by negligence will be charged for after repair.

All money must be paid at the time of delivery.
